Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Quantitative Methods for Education (ref. 17116)
The Graduate School of Education at the University of Bristol seeks a new Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Quantitative Methods for Education. You will play a significant role in the development and/or application of advanced quantitative methods in education and multidisciplinary related fields.
You will be based in the Graduate School of Education and will work closely with the Centre for Multilevel Modelling and others within the School and Faculty to advance quantitative research in education and related social sciences as a strategic priority for the University. You will be a capable, dynamic and thoughtful person who will make a significant contribution to our work, and fully engage in the intellectual life of the School.
You will have demonstrable experience in teaching and will also contribute more broadly to the School's other teaching programmes, including supervising doctoral and masters students. You will have an emerging, developing or established international reputation for your research, and we welcome applicants who have interests that complement our existing staff. Candidates who can clearly articulate how their research and teaching interrelate are of particular interest to us, as are those who bring methodological insights.
