Steven Bakker

Steven Bakker is currently the Director of DutchTest. DutchTest is a small, independent consultancy firm, based in the Netherlands and specialising in training and advice relating to educational assessment. Steven has directed many projects in Central and Eastern Europe, delivering technical assistance to newly established assessment agencies. He has conducted research and acted as a consultant for international organisations such as OECD, World Bank and the EU.
